What quality of matcha and ingredients do you use?
Our blends use a plant-based oat and coconut base, paired with matcha, hojicha or black sesame. Each recipe includes ingredients selected for flavour, texture, sweetness and easy preparation. Please refer to the individual product page for the complete ingredient list and allergen information.
Where can I find allergen information?
Because our blends use real plant-based ingredients (such as oat powder and coconut powder), specific allergen details and full ingredient lists are clearly stated on each individual product page. Please check the corresponding product page before purchasing if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies.
Why is there sometimes a small amount of undissolved powder at the bottom of my cup?
Some settling may occur after preparation. Stir again before drinking, and follow the preparation instructions for the recommended quantities and method.
Are ORIN blends plant-based and dairy-free?
Our blends are made without animal-derived ingredients and use oat and coconut instead of dairy milk powder. Please check the ingredient list and allergen statement for each blend before purchasing, especially if you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement.
Which blends contain caffeine?
Morning Matcha and Afternoon Hojicha naturally contain tea caffeine balanced with L-theanine. Midnight Sesame is naturally 100% caffeine-free, making it perfect for evening rituals.
PREPARATION & STORAGE
How do I prepare my ORIN latte?
No whisk required — add 10g (approximately 2 teaspoons) of your chosen blend to 100ml of hot or cold water, or your preferred milk. Stir well and enjoy. For a dairy-free drink, choose water or plant-based milk.
How many servings are in each pouch?
Each 150g pouch contains approximately 15 servings when prepared as directed (10g per serving).
How should I store my ORIN blends?
To preserve freshness and natural vibrant color, keep your pouch tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend enjoying your blend within 2–3 months.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship Australia-wide! Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Buy any 2 or more 150g pouches and enjoy free standard shipping Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. The offer applies automatically, including when using eligible product or order discounts. Orders of A$59.90 or more also qualify, including a single ORIN Explorer Pack at its current price. Express shipping is not included.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn't quite right with your order, please reach out via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your package, and our team will be happy to assist you.
